Java IRIG Libraries & Tools

This site is dedicated to providing a forum to share and exchange Java-based tools/libraries to process data products based on the IRIG standards. The goal of this forum is to design a reference implementation for Chapters 9 and 10. Although, the standard is in place, it is, at times, difficult to implement due to lack of documentation or resources. This (and irig106.org) will hopefully provide a forum for people to exchange ideas, develop a cross-platform reference implementation of the IRIG standard(s) and allow vendors/end-users to robustly and cheaply reap the benefits of the standards put in place by IRIG.

All code, so far, has been developed under NetBeans 5.5 & Java 1.6 (Java 1.5 compatible). All code is under the LGPL license. The NetBeans projects files are included in the source code download. Source code will also be hosted on sourceforge and is in close communication with irig106.org.
